Heart of Scotland's Pink Gin is a Flavoured Scottish Gin from Heart of Scotland Distillery. The defining flavours are pomegranate and pink peppercorn but the gin features a range of other botanicals including commercially sourced, as well as several locally foraged and garden grown botanicals.
Commercially sourced botanicals include juniper berries, coriander seeds, pink peppercorns, pomegranate seeds and Scottish sea salt from Blackthorn Salts, a Scottish based salt producer. Locally foraged botanicals include sweet cicely and lavender, with bay leaves which are grown in a local garden.

Flavours
Nose
On the nose, juicy red berry fruits, some subtle pine and citrus notes with a slight tartness.
Taste
On the palate, fresh, natural red berries hints with a mix of red berry tartness and sweetness, along with some piney juniper and zesty citrus notes and some warming spices.
Finish
On the finish, red berries lead with some citrus and a warming, gentle spice and a fresh, drying mineral salinity.

About Heart of Scotland Distillery
Established by husband and wife Andy and Gillian Bailey, Heart of Scotland Distillery officially opened in Clackmannan, Clackmannanshire, in November 2024. Inspired by the town’s history, local landmarks and lost brewing and distilling heritage, the distillery takes its name from Clackmannanshire’s position at the heart of Scotland.
Long-time hobby foragers, Andy and Gillian began developing recipes using a small Portuguese Alembic copper pot still, combining traditional gin botanicals with locally foraged ingredients and fresh local water. After converting a garage near their home into a working distillery, they launched with a London Dry Scottish Gin and Navy Strength Scottish Gin.
Production
Heart of Scotland Distillery is a micro-distillery based in the historic town of Clackmannan, Clackmannanshire. Founded by husband and wife Andy Bailey and Gillian Bailey, the distillery produces its spirits on-site, with all distillation, bottling and production taking place at the distillery.
Rooted in the local area and inspired by Clackmannan’s history and landscape, Heart of Scotland Distillery creates small-batch Scottish spirits with a strong sense of place. Andy and Gillian also plan to open the distillery to visitors in 2026, offering small group tours and tasting experiences.
