GlenWyvis GoodWill Gin is made using 9 botanicals, which include locally picked hawthorn berries. It has a crisp full-bodied taste with distinct hints of citrus coming through, along with spices at the back of the palate.

    Alpine forest fresh guided by juniper and fresh florals with aromas of oranges and lemons.

    Taste

    Clean, crisp citrus fruits is at first refreshing, giving way to a deeper complexity of rich spice from orris root, coriander and cinnamon, whilst smooth creamy almond helps to create a fine balanced taste.

    Finish

    Citrus and spice, with a creamy melt-in-the-mouth sensation left at the back of the palate.

    About GlenWyvis Distillery

    The GlenWyvis Distillery is a truly unique and community-owned distillery with over 3,200 shareholders from the local Dingwall area and all over the world. Based on the outskirts of Dingwall in Ross-shire, an area that has rich, historic links with distilling, GlenWyvis Distillery, which was officially opened in 2017, is completely self-sufficient and wisely utilises the ever changing weather to create green energy for the distillery.

    Production

    The GlenWyvis distillery has an eagle eye view over the local town of Dingwall. The distillery is not only a community-owned distillery producing whisky and gin, it’s also part of a working farm estate that’s home to a variety of livestock. The distillery is also a sustainable distillery, which uses wind, hydro, solar and biomass energy to power the distillery helping reduce operational carbon footprint.
