The key botanical of watermelon came to the creators after a hunt for an ingredient that wasn’t too fruity but had the right level of crispness and sweetness that would mix well with any tonic. To taste, well rounded and balanced, with citrus immediately present. The spice builds but doesn’t overpower. To finish, clean and refreshing.

About Crag & Tail
Crag & Tail encapsulates the ideas and industry experience of the team behind the Perth based drinks distributor, Huffmans. They set out to make a well rounded, moreish gin that focuses on being simple and classic with a contemporary twist. The simplicity of Craig & Tail is reflected in the final look, perfect serve and overall personality.
Production
The duo behind Crag & Tail Gin partnered with established contract distillers Distillutions in Arbroath, Angus. It made sense to work with a local business, who had the experience they were looking for to create a classic London Dry style flavour profile. Distillutions are responsible for developing and producing a number of award-winning Scottish Gins.
