The signature GoodWill Gin has been matured in a first fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead cask. On the nose complex citrus and juniper with a rich aroma of dried fruit. To taste the initial juniper shifts to blood orange and lemon zest before developing into a sweet bramble crumble with hints of cinnamon, spice and dried fruit. To finish, long and warming with rich fruit cake, spices and ripe tangerine on the finish.
