Sule Skerry Gin from Orkney Gin Company is a Distilled Scottish Gin with a flavour profile inspired by a unique combination of both craft cola and the untamed beauty of the westernmost point of the Orkney Islands, Sule Skerry. This small rocky island features a lighthouse that took two years to complete due to the limited time available over the summer, when the weather was favourable. It was the most remote manned lighthouse in Great Britain from its opening in 1895 to its automation in 1982. Sule Skerry is also home to large breeding colonies of puffins, gannets, and other seabirds, providing a haven away from predators and people. Botanicals in the distillation include juniper, orange zest, cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and angelica root.
