The signature GoodWill Gin has been matured in a ‘white oak’ single American Standard Barrel, releasing light vanilla notes during maturation. On the nose, citrus notes initially give way to sweet vanilla and butterscotch with subtle juniper undertones. To taste, orange and lemongrass with vanilla custard, creating a creamy, sweet taste. To finish, long and warming with that lingering vanilla take followed by a discrete Turkish delight and parma violet finish.

    About GlenWyvis Distillery

The GlenWyvis Distillery is a truly unique and community-owned distillery with over 3,200 shareholders from the local Dingwall area and all over the world. Based on the outskirts of Dingwall in Ross-shire, an area that has rich, historic links with distilling, GlenWyvis Distillery, which was officially opened in 2017, is completely self-sufficient and wisely utilises the ever changing weather to create green energy for the distillery.

    Production

The GlenWyvis distillery has an eagle eye view over the local town of Dingwall. The distillery is not only a community-owned distillery producing whisky and gin, it’s also part of a working farm estate that’s home to a variety of livestock. The distillery is also a sustainable distillery, which uses wind, hydro, solar and biomass energy to power the distillery helping reduce operational carbon footprint.
